M.ANIFEST DROPS ‘NO SHORTCUT TO HEAVEN’ VIDEO
Finally, M.anifest’s (M.Dot) much anticipated video for No Shortcut To Heaven featuring Obrafour has been released.
The video-which was shot at Kwabeng and Akosombo in the Eastern Region of Ghana-sees Ghanaian rapper M.anifest playing the role of a ‘galamsey’ boy (illegal miner) searching for his pot of gold- the song talks about the get-rich-quick phenomenon in Ghana and elsewhere.
The video could also pass as addressing the devastating effects of illegal mining (galamsey) in Ghana.
This is the second video released by the rapper off his APAE EP, the first being ‘Someway Bi’.
One of the exciting scenes of the video is the choreography.
No Shortcut To Heaven was shot by Garth von Glehn and features Ann Modey, who doubles as the Producer of the video
