Last Thursday, rapper C-Real teamed up with spoken word artiste Kacey Moore and thrilled the many fans who trooped to Kona Café & Grill, Osu Oxford Street, with lively and impeccable performances. The night also saw singer Adina and other artistes sharing the stage with the Em.CEO.

Prior to C-Real taking the stage, Kacey Moore, who doubled as the MC for the evening, mesmerized the fans and revelers with many of his spoken word poetry and raps renditions over live band instrumentation courtesy The Characters Band. The band had earlier on serenaded patrons with some scintillating traditional highlife grooves.

The atmosphere hit high when C-Real took over the stage, performing songs from his catalogue including Ayeeko, Opeimu and Boss. For those who did not know about C-Real’s spoken word/poetry side were exposed to it on the night.

The talent of C-Real as a rapper is not in doubt and on Thursday, he gave patrons why he is one of the best MCs in the country presently.

C-Real Live @ Kona was a 57 Poetry Avenue and Kacey Moore Productions Event.
